Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Mortgage Service Specialist for a large banking institution in the Raleigh area. This is a long term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly departmental reports
- Process loan payments
- Handle all insurance information from clients
- Communicate effectively with members, vendors, and other teams to assist with mortgage accounts
- Post payments and set up new loans
- Help members with any discrepancy or account issue
- Manage all updates in computer system
Requirements:
- One year of loan servicing experience
- Mortgage experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational skill set
