Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a financial group in the Charlotte area. The Mortgage Processor will assist with all mortgage loans and information in a timely manner. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all loans originated by loan officers
- Ensure all information is filed appropriately and manage all files from pre-approval to closing
- Verify loan documents and confirm all information to include income, credit appraisal, and title insurance
- Prepare applications for submittal to underwriting
- Assist Manager with all administrative tasks as needed
- Order and coordinate all loan documentation
- Input all loan data into computer system for processing
- Meet all deadlines and ensure timelines are met for all files
- Additional projects assigned by manager
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of loan processing experience; mortgage industry preferable
- High School diploma required
- Knowledge of mortgage industry and compliance laws
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Team oriented
