Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a large financial institution in the Raleigh area. The Mortgage Processor will handle all mortgage processing needs for large account needs.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing residential loan application files to verify that all application data is completed and correct
- Follow up with member on missing application items
- Verify account information with member as needed via phone and email
- Discuss type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, and liabilities to recommend appropriate loan
- Enter data into system to prepare for processing and underwriting
- Interact with members on any items needed for loan closing
- Answer all phone calls and emails of members
- Provide updates to members regarding loan status is complete and meets our standards, including the type
Requirements:
- Three years of residential first mortgage processing experience.
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience in a position working with secondary marketing Automated Underwriting System (AUS) preferred.
- Training in mortgage loan processing and customer service.
- Related degree preferred.
