Have previous experience in banking and looking for immediate employment? Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a 5 month contract position as a Mortgage Processing Assistant. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1-2 years of experience in banking and/or mortgage loan processing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and processes early disclosures, mortgage loan packages, and modifications ensuring all required documentation has been compiled completely and accurately
- Reviews mortgage loans and modifications processed for required documentation
- Schedules loan closings with the attorneys, realtors, customers or other relevant parties.
- Completes data entry and/or data entry review for loan files assigned in timely and accurate manner.
- Assists Mortgage Loan Officers and attorneys with questions or issues related to loan packages.
Requirements:
- Proficient keyboard, accounting, balancing and PC skills
- Must be detail-oriented, and have decision-making and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have an ability to organize tasks and set priorities
