Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Mortgage Loan Processor for a leading financial institution headquartered in the Raleigh area. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Review all residential loan applications and verify correct information is located on all documentation
- Ensure that all applications meet standards including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, and liabilities
- Manage all data into system and ensure accuracy
- Review all accounts for any discrepancies or updates to information
- Submit loan applications to underwriting for approval
- Work with internal departments to complete loan applications quickly and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email regarding their account
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Previous experience working with secondary marketing Automated Underwriting System preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Background using Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong data entry skill set
