Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is looking for a Mixing Operator. This a 1st shift, contract to hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing operator measure out raw materials according to specified formulations.
- Operator will monitor blending processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Operator will breakdown and clean machinery after each batch run
- Operator will perform quality checks to verify that blends meet product specifications.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 2+ years mixing machine operation background in a manufacturing environment
- Candidate must have previous experience following batch records and recipes
- Candidates have excellent attention to detail and accuracy and be able to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- High Diploma or GED required
