Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a detailed Metrology Technician (Additive Manufacturing) for a medical device manufacturing client of ours in the Morrisville area. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, quality-focused environment where precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are valued. In this role, you’ll support quality inspections, additive manufacturing operations, and documentation while helping ensure products meet high standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional inspections and accurately document measurement results.
  • Support additive manufacturing processes, including equipment setup, cleaning, and post-processing.
  • Assist with quality documentation, SOP updates, and maintaining quality records.
  • Prepare materials and maintain accurate production and batch documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks on customer orders before shipment.
  • Help troubleshoot, maintain, and assemble manufacturing equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, quality, or production environment preferred.
  • Experience with metrology equipment or additive manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment while following required safety protocols.
