Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading medical device manufacturer who is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity requiring 75% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Field Service Technician will serve as the point of contact for Service Department’s technical issues and repair work related to internal and external medical equipment
- Technician will install and verify equipment at customer locations
- Technician will provide technical support either by phone, in person, or by email, resolving service and repair issues/complaints, etc.
- Technician will create and maintain service documents
- Technician will manage and maintain inventory or medical equipment and spare parts
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 1-3 years Service Technician experience in medical device environments
- Candidates must be computer savvy with MS Office Suite and ERP systems
- Candidates must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Candidates must be willing to travel by air, train, or automobile anywhere in the US
- Candidates must have an Associates degree in a related field or equivalent
