Responsibilities:

• HVAC/Ductwork Estimator will estimate mechanical ductwork using appropriate software
• Estimator will assist in pricing small call in duct and custom fittings from clients
• Estimator will confirm orders and negotiate projects with clients
• Estimator will organize and maintain bid lists and follow up with clients
• Estimator will create and maintain files for all projects and clients
• Estimator will interact with clients on the phone, in person, and through email

Requirements:

• Candidates with a knowledge of HVAC ductwork is required
• Candidates must have estimating software experience, Autobid is a plus
• Candidates must be proficient reading blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Candidates must have strong organizational skills
• Candidates must be proficient working on multiple tasks and projects
