Accentuate Staffing is currently hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to join an exciting company north of Raleigh. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to work in a competitive industry in a fast paced environment. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Researches and analyzes design proposals and other data to meet the requirements of projects
- Develops new designs and writes performance specifications and product manuals
- Reads and interprets technical drawings and computer-generated reports
- Specifies system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
- Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers and responds promptly to their inquiries
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a mechanical engineer
- Experience with design and manufacturing small parts
- Leadership and management experience
