Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions to perform accurate mechanical assembly of components and equipment.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to assemble and install mechanical parts.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure the accuracy and functionality of assembled components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges during the assembly process.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of assembly techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment used in mechanical assembly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
