Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an awesome company who is hiring for a Materials Control Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity, working onsite. The ideal candidate has the experience with sterilization and inventory control in regards to medical/laboratory equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory for the supplies and instruments of designated departments.
- Clean, prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment such as; sterilizers, refrigerators and freezers.
- Keep accurate records of periodic cleaning logs, packing slips, purchase orders, receipts and inventory lists.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree, concentration in Healthcare preferred.
- One year of experience working in a clinical environment or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management and sterilization.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
