Accentuate Staffing is looking for Material Handlers for direct hire opportunities in Clayton NC. Looking for people for day and night shift, 12-hour shifts. Pay is depending on experience $12-15
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand production control records.
- Make quality decisions based on training.
- Maintain production levels and minimize downtime.
- Setup, troubleshoot, maintain, and operate all baling equipment.
- Maintain and apply all safety guidelines.
- Heavy lifting required. Support all machines within the department.
- Operation of forklift and clamp truck.
- Emptying all waste containers and organization of all raw materials.
- Transports and stretch wraps finished pallets.
- Palletize all cases that come off lines.
- Place all cases neat and orderly onto pallet before wrapping.
- Inspect all cases and pallets for damage.
Requirements:
- 1 year work related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require use of arms and legs, moving body, such as lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials as necessary.
