Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a commercial construction client in Cary, NC. As a Marketing Specialist, you will take on a leadership role within the marketing team and drive the company’s marketing efforts to achieve its business goals. This is a direct hire opportunity where your responsibilities will involve coordinating video production, managing social media platforms, maintaining the company website, supporting the sales team, creating corporate communications, leading public relations efforts, collaborating with the Human Resources team for recruiting initiatives, managing various projects, and handling administrative tasks.
- Coordinate video preproduction planning, execution, and launch strategy.
- Oversee the management of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter), setting goals to enhance brand awareness, promote products and services, and support recruiting efforts.
- Maintain the design and content of the company website.
- Provide professional presentations and develop unique sales strategy tools to support the sales team.
- Create and edit company newsletters, press releases, and other corporate communications.
- Lead public relation efforts, including annual award submittals and advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to support and create innovative recruiting initiatives.
- Travel to branches with the Marketing Coordinator to gather and curate content for the social media content library.
- Handle various departmental administrative tasks.
- Actively manage multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
- Experience within the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and online design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong eye for graphic design and aesthetic elements.
- Experience with social media campaigns, video production management, ads, and performance tracking.
- Advanced skills in writing, editing, and storytelling.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
