Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Marketing/Proposals Coordinator to join a large Engineering firm based in the Raleigh area. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all proposal generation, content creation and branding initiatives
- Track potential business opportunities and coordinate on all presentations
- Gather content, graphics, and all key projects to highlight in final proposal submission
- Maintain CRM by entering and maintaining data for projects, sales opportunities, and contacts
- Develops written and visual content to be published on web site
- Assist with social media and branding materials needs
- Assist with photography as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Writing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing professional services, proposal development, graphic design, or other relevant experience required
- Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Premier Pro), Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong grammar and writing skill set
- Highly organized and detailed
