Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Marketing Manager with experience in medical device or medical surgical products in the acute care or alternate care markets. This is a Direct Hire opportunity in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry!  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years product marketing experience and will have worked with a direct sales force or a distributor sales force.  The candidate is responsible for managing the design, maintenance, and control of both internal and external promotional materials around the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports customer pricing strategies and communications
  • Manage market share and industry analysis reporting
  • Manages competitive pricing communications to company personnel and distribution companies
  • Develops customer satisfaction surveys and physician/clinician satisfaction surveys
  • Works with company management to conduct product focus meetings and medical advisory groups
  • Manages company website
  • Manages vendor relationships for marketing materials such as printers, graphic designers, marketing consultants, etc.
  • Develops  templates; reports; and newsletters
  • Develops direct mail/email/social media campaigns
  • Develops annual tradeshow plan, editorial calendar and department budget.
  • Work in the field to discover, understand, and communicate market dynamics and trends
  • Work in the field to Identify product or service issues and competitive intelligence
  • Develops and manages a product training syllabus used for sales rep training and clinician training
  • Determines a central message that communicates brand and the company mission through print, broadcast and online advertising programs with associated graphics, video and photography materials
  • Creates project timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Assists with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database marketing activities, analytics and reporting

Requirements:

  • BS Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years documented marketing success in medical device or medical surgical product lines.  Other healthcare market experience will be considered.
  • Experience developing collateral and educational support materials for physicians, clinicians and sales representatives is necessary
  • 30% – 50% travel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
  • Works well under pressure, and is comfortable dealing with shifting priorities
