Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing engineering group located in the Morrisville area. This individual will be the strategic marketing head for the company and provide insight on the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic technical marketing plan for company
- Handle development and execution of marketing communication methods – managing website updates, advertisements, and blasts to consumers
- Attend all sales and office meetings to understand new product information and advise of marketing techniques
- Manage resources including graphic designers, writers, and other personnel as needed to generate technical content to support articles, blogs, press releases, and campaigns
- Monitor KPIs to drive marketing efforts throughout the company
- Assist with SEO techniques including website development to drive engagement
- Work and collaborate with team members on new product information and driving sales needs
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in a strategic marketing role
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Adobe products
- Excellent communicator
- Independent worker and driven
- Strong creativity skill set and ability to think outside the box
