Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an experienced and hands on Business to Business Marketing Manager to join a leading high tech manufacturing client in RTP, NC. This role will provide leadership and coordination for all marketing functions. It will also provide opportunities to develop innovative policies and campaigns that shape the future of the organization. Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop strategies and plans to position company as a premier high tech partner and supplier.
- Technical writing to support company newsletters, website content, white papers and other marketing collateral.
- Full website management to drive awareness and sales leads. Including the creation of marketing education videos and product shots, etc.
- Managing all aspects of industry trade shows.
- Direct and coordinate all company marketing functions.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or physics
- 5 year or more of relevant experience in the consumer electronics or start-up high tech
- Startup marketing understanding and or experience
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
