Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to support sales and marketing operations during a temporary assignment. This role will play a key part in analyzing business data, maintaining critical databases, supporting proposal processes, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with structured data, creating reports and visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and marketing teams by maintaining databases and completing cross-references, RFP/RFI responses, proposal requests, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
  • Assist with product inquiries, monthly inventory reporting, and sales constraint management activities.
  • Maintain targeted customer and prospect lists, reports, and tools that support ongoing business initiatives.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of customer communication databases for marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop charts, graphs, dashboards, and presentations that communicate research findings and business insights.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, providing reporting and analysis to support forecasting efforts.
  • Validate data, document assumptions, and track project deliverables for analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and ensure timely delivery of accurate data outputs.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support commercial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, sales support, reporting, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Power BI or other data visualization tools, sales and marketing operations, forecasting, trend analysis, business reporting, and commercial analytics environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
