Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing medical device manufacturer who is hiring a Manufacturing Scientist. This is a direct hire opportunity working 1st shift, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Scientist will manufacture and test reagents and controls in a highly regulated GMP and GLP setting
- Scientist will formulate, dispense, and package liquid control products
- Scientist will manually assemble diagnostic reagents with high precision
- Scientist will perform in process testing, finished goods testing, and analytical laboratory tests
- Scientists will analyze results, identify non conforming results and initiate non conformance process
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bioworks Certificate or Associates degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and 4 years experience in manufacturing or laboratory setting
- Candidates with medical device manufacturing or quality control testing experience preferred
- Candidates must have effective analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Candidates must have training in laboratory safety practices, Bloodborne Pathogen, Hazardous Chemicals, PPE, etc.
- Candidates must have a GMP background
- Vaccination required
