Accentuate Staffing is assisting a Steel company in Clayton who looking for Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join their team. These positions are direct hire working 1st shift Monday through Friday with Saturdays depending on overtime requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain organization’s machinery, equipment, control devices, and other assets as needed
- Perform root cause analysis for malfunctions and create a maintenance/repair plan to solve the problem
- Review blueprints to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs.
- Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment etc. so they remain at full functioning capacity
- Troubleshoot issues and repair failures of production and facilities equipment
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work with others in a group or team including responsibility for work outcomes and results and the health and safety of others
- Electrical certification and manufacturing experience
- Experience interpreting schematics and drawings
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing, Climbing, Walking, Bending, Kneeling, and Squatting
