Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Manager will oversee day to day operations of Maintenance Team in a 24/7 facility, overseeing the Maintenance Supervisor and up to 10 Maintenance Technicians
2. Manager will set specific annual goals and performance expectations
3. Manager will set the training schedule, report maintenance KPIs
4. Manager will control costs for maintenance under the operating budget
5. Manager will work with production to organize maintenance activities around production schedules
6. Manager will establish and maintain relationships with vendors, maintain maintenance documents
7. Manager will ensure team follows all safety and regulatory codes
8. Manager is responsible for communication, parts, preventative maintenance, training, and work orders throughout maintenance department

Requirements:

1. Candidates must have 10+ years experience in a management role within a manufacturing facility
2. Candidates must have 5 years plant maintenance background
3. Candidates must have a strong technical knowledge maintaining boilers, air compressors, motors, and bearings
4. Candidates must have a solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
5. Candidates with ammonia refrigeration experience a plus
6. Candidates with a pharmaceutical manufacturing or food manufacturing background preferred
7. Associates degree preferred, Bachelors degree a plus or equivalent Maintenance Management background
