Responsibilities:

1. Technician will play a critical role in product development, quality testing, and small scale fabrication activities
2. Technician will work with technical teams to operate state of the art equipment
3. Operator will support continuous improvement efforts
4. Operator will support R&D Scientists, Process Engineers, and Quality Technicians

Requirements:

1. Candidates MUST have prior experience in a lab environment with thin film coating, fluid weighing, mixing equipment, robotic processing, glass handling, roll to roll, or thin film equipment
2. Candidates must have experience working within a cleanroom lab and in an ISO 9001 environment
3. Candidates must have experience developing and improving SOPs, recipes/batch records
4. Candidates must be knowledgeable of clean room protocol
5. Candidates must have 10+ years hands on experience operating lab equipment
6. Associates degree in a science field strongly preferred
