Accentuate Staffing is assisting an equipment manufacturer in the Durham area who is looking for a Manual Machinist. This is a contract to hire, 1st shift position working Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Machinist will set up and operate shop equipment manufacturing prototype and production parts with close tolerances
- Machinist will operate some CNC machinery
- Machinist will work from blueprints and special instructions
- Machinist will produce jigs and fixtures as needed
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 years Machining background working with manual machines
- Candidates with a technical degree in machine shop, tool and die, etc. is a plus
- CNC experience is a plus
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
