Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a FP&A Manager be a leader in the finance and accounting team of a growing international manufacturing organization in the Cary area.
Responsibilities:
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of broad and varied experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Needs to be able to work directly with C-Level and Board of Directors.
- Advanced analytical skills, advanced Excel, Access and other applicable reporting / analytical software required
- Profit and Loss experience preferred
- ERP Systems experience (Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, etc) preferred.
Requirements:
- Responsibility for the company’s internal/external reporting and forecasting/planning processes.
- Lead preparation of financial reports, monthly financial analysis and provide ad hoc analysis for special projects, potential acquisitions or other business transactions.
- Will lead development of the company’s operating plan as well as financial modeling.
- Work with regional finance teams to gather information and integrate analysis / reporting.
- Work with accounting leaders to develop processes for monthly, quarterly and full mid-year forecasts.
- Develop and collect information for Board of Director meetings
