Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Manager of Digital Optimization/User Experience for a growing Marketing Analytics & Optimization team in Raleigh, NC. This roll will manage, and partner with a team to find practical solutions to business challenges and opportunities. This role will take a data-driven approach to optimizing website performance and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent increase in conversion rates across a portfolio of sites
  • Generate ideas that improve the performance of digital acquisition
  • Work collaboratively with development and creative to manage test roadmaps, requirements and resources
  • Work collaboratively with analytics to ensure tests are measurable and analyze results
  • Design experiments that teach more about users and how to best serve them
  • Design and implement saleable user personalization strategies that optimize conversion
  • Discover opportunities for new improvements through thoughtful analysis in Google Analytics
  • Be the voice for data driven decision making in creative meetings, supporting a culture of optimization
  • Rapidly and effectively communicate optimization ideas to stakeholders through storyboards, wireframes and prototypes

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in same or comparable position for consumer-focused tech and/or marketing agencies
  • Experience in insurance or lead generation digital space a plus, but not required
  • Proactive approach, and the experience to drive a project through each stage of the project lifecycle, from beginning to end
  • Mastery in A/B testing and personalization platforms such as Google Optimize, VWO and Optimizely
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Supermetrics & Google Data Studio
  • Experience with user experience research methods, including usability, human factors, and direct consumer feedback methods
  • Proficient in wire-framing as well as executing fully “clickable” prototypes
  • Must have work in the market that has designed A/B testing strategies for and have a deep understanding of analyzing results to define further tests
  • Must have written design stories that narrate product successes with clear and concise language
  • Must have a people-focused mentality, and are constantly looking to improve decisions through user feedback
  • Confident and comfortable presenting new concepts and outcomes
  • Experience in UX for all devices, and interest in new and emerging technologies
  • Driven by user needs as defined by data, analytics and metrics
  • Some front-end coding skills a plus but not required
