Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer in the Apex area who is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join their team. These are long term, contract to hire opportunities. 2nd and 3rd shift openings available, with required overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Machine/Maintenance Technician will be responsible for setting-up and operating production equipment to include press machines
- Will be required to perform any preventative maintenance or troubleshooting on the equipment
- Candidate will perform necessary adjustments and changeovers on machinery
- Candidate will conduct quality inspections of finished products
Requirements:
- Candidate must have previous experience performing maintenance on machinery
- Experience working in a machine shop environment a plus
- Previous experience operating or performing maintenance on press machines strongly preferred
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude, previous mechanic experience a plus
- Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs continuously
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
