Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform basic fabrication and repairs to keep equipment functioning efficiently
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Assist with troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and machine timing systems
• Support general production needs, which may include sewing, fabric cutting, and grommet installation
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and document completed work accurately

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and experience using hand and power tools
• Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and PLCs
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Willingness to support production operations and assist across departments as needed
• Sewing or textile production experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting
