Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturing company in the Oxford area who is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a 1st shift, Direct Hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Supervisor will oversee Maintenance Technicians
- Supervisor will ensure all equipment PM requirements and facility requirements are accurate and current
- Supervisor will utilize data to review PM requirements and track lost time due to machine issues
- Supervisor will install new equipment, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery
Requirements:
- Candidates must have an associates degree with 3 + years Maintenance experience or 5 years Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must have management background in manufacturing
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office
- Candidates must have good problem solving skills, establishing priorities, and articulating decisions
