Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer who is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This is a first shift, direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Supervisor will direct and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities of the plant facility and production equipment
- Supervisor will schedule facility repairs, enhancements, production line optimization, and preventative maintenance
- Supervisor will oversee maintenance, custodian personnel, and outsourced maintenance contractors
- Supervisor will evaluate, develop, and train employees
- Supervisor will schedule all maintenance personnel to provide shift coverage
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a 2 year college degree or technical training in the maintenance field
- Candidates must have 5 years maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must have a solid background in electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance of production equipment
