Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Direct hire opportunity for a Maintenance Planner that will lead maintenance coordination efforts using CMMS to plan, schedule, track and evaluate work orders through completion. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders. With 19 plants worldwide, this company is able to offer growth and job stability.
Responsibilities:
- Planning work orders will include physically scoping the job, reviewing prior job history, listing tasks, identifying the proper supervisor, estimating the manpower, determining and obtaining material requirements, listing safety, contractor, and special requirements, producing specification sheets, and estimating job costs.
- Scheduling work orders will include prioritizing work with operations and maintenance supervisors, accumulating and assembling details for all maintenance work to be performed, determining manpower availability through production, Preventative Maintenance and shutdown schedules, scheduling work to be done, assigning shift/supervisor/individual to perform work, arranging support help, printing weekly schedules, printing copies of work orders for individuals doing the work.
- Generate reports measuring maintenance performance.
- Review completed PM’s for completeness, parts used (inventory deletion), labor hours vs. plan, and follow-up repairs.
- Perform PM audits to verify actual repair is completed.
- Coordinate PM assignment and parts availability to complete work assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Engineering Technology or 5+ years direct experience as a planner/coordinator or maintenance supervisor.
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
- 1+ years supervision/planning experience.
- 1+ years experience with ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, air compressors, motors, and bearings
