Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an established manufacturing company in the Apex area who is hiring for a Precision Machined Parts Estimator. This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Read and Interpret drawings to determine gauging, tooling, and machining requirements
- Estimate fabrication time and manage lead time requests
- Analyze jobs and procure any needed raw materials, track for any variances in estimated time, etc.
- Utilize ERP system to record estimated costs
Requirements:
- 5+ years machining background
- Must have previous experience creating CNC programs using Mastercamm or similar software
- Experience operating manual and CNC mills as well as lathes and drills
- Must have a strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
