Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a leading manufacturer in the Apex area who is hiring Machine Technicians to join their team. These are long term, contract to hire opportunities. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
- Machine Technician will be responsible for setting-up and operating production equipment to include press machines
- Will be required to perform any preventative maintenance or troubleshooting
- Candidate will perform necessary adjustments and changeovers on machinery
- Candidate will conduct quality inspections of finished products
Requirements:
- Candidate must have previous experience operating machines in a machine shop environment
- Previous experience operating a press machine strongly preferred
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude, previous mechanic experience a plus
- Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs continuously
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
