Responsibilities:

• Use grinding tools to smooth edges and surfaces of machined parts.
• Operate air tools to clean and prepare parts for final production stages.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
• Assist in maintaining organized workstations and shop cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience with grinding tools and air tools a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
