Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Cary area who is hiring a Machine Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor a variety of production equipment to include orbital welding machinery.
- Set up machines, including calibration and adjustments, to ensure accurate and efficient production of components.
- Troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Inspect and test products for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications.
- Load and unload materials from the machinery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in machine operation is a plus.
