Accentuate Staffing is assisting a biopharmaceutical company in the Cary area who is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordinator will receive, schedule, and prepare Change of Custody events
- Coordinator will prepare documentation for shipments and track all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinator will schedule transfer requests
- Coordinator will respond to customer emails in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Candidates must have experience processing outgoing shipments, to include Fed Ex, UPS Worldship experience
- Candidates must be organized, able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail
- Candidates with cold chain shipping experience a plus
- Candidates with international shipping experience a plus
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite
- Associates degree preferred
- Candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
