Accentuate Staffing is assisting a biopharmaceutical company in the Cary area who is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordinator will prepare domestic shipment documentation
- Coordinator will track all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinator will schedule transfer requests
- Coordinator will communicate shipment status with clients
- Coordinator will ensure all GMP documentation is accurate
- Coordinator will respond to customer emails in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Candidates must have familiarity with shipping and logistics
- Candidates must be organized, able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite
- Associates degree preferred
- Candidates must be detail oriented with an outgoing personality
