Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a Loan Officer Assistant for the Denver, CO and Florence, AL locations of a financial client. This person will assist the Loan Officer with production needs while assisting with business development. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with pipeline management for loan officer
- Set up new files and disclosures quickly
- Audit and complete all files for tasks, asset statements, and important financial and mortgage documentation
- Meet with processor and Loan Officer weekly to discuss updates
- Communicate effectively with clients and borrowers
- Handle all calendar notifications for closings
- Assist with importing application into system
- Pull credit reports
- Handle estimates
Requirements:
- Licensed with NMLS preferred
- Previous work experience in the mortgage industry
- Strong organizational skill set
- Exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic
- Patient with clients
