Accentuate Staffing is looking for a Life Science Labeling Coordinator to join a leading company in Cary, NC. Recent college graduates with internship or work experience are encouraged to apply.  This position will author, edit, and manage artwork production for labeling of products and will manage and accurately track the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. The person collaborates closely with other regulatory team members as well as federal / state regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive ownership of Branded Labels and Artwork from initial draft through external postings
  • Disciplined version management for work items
  • Ensure that Product Container Labels are complete at delivered in advance of product manufacture
  • Develop Specimen Labels for website publication
  • Coordinate preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with consultant
  • Review and index registered uses of products with 3rd party providers to ensure that customers have access to available products
  • Proofread artwork generated by vendor to ensure accuracy
  • Track and update work using Excel spreadsheet
  • Work closely with Federal Regulatory Managers for the following responsibilities: Determining label text based upon existing registered products and project objectives
  • Authoring an initial draft label for EPA submission Ensuring that all submitted labels are in accordance with EPA and state regulatory standards
  • Editing and communicating with EPA to facilitate product registration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in a life science related field preferred (or Associate’s degree and 4+ years relevant experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (MS Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat and willingness to learn other relevant systems is required
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with superior attention to detail is required
  • The ability to communicate proactively and professionally both verbally and in writing to a diverse group of stake holders and regulatory agencies is critical for this role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, , strong initiative and sense of urgency, problem solving skills are required
