
Licensed HVAC Branch Manager
Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing HVAC organization that is expanding its presence in the Raleigh–Durham market and seeking a Licensed HVAC Branch Manager to support branch operations. The ideal candidate will coach field teams, influence branch profitability, and ensure compliance across service activities. Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop licensed HVAC service technicians, ensuring strong customer communication, technical performance, and consistent quality of work.
- Oversee service operations including scheduling, dispatch collaboration, workflow efficiency, and daily field support to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Manage key financial and operational metrics such as revenue performance, labor efficiency, callback reduction, average ticket, close rate, and membership growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, permitting, licensing requirements, EPA regulations, and company quality standards across all service activities.
- Partner with HR and leadership on hiring, retention, training, and development initiatives to support high-performing, multi‑skill field teams.
- Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to support budgeting, cost control, inventory oversight, and operational improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HVAC leadership experience managing licensed service technicians and service operations.
- Strong technical background in residential HVAC with understanding of light commercial systems.
- Proven experience managing operational KPIs and contributing to P&L goals, including revenue, margin, and labor efficiency.
- Active North Carolina HVAC licenses: H3, H2 Class 1, and SPPH; EPA Universal strongly preferred; NATE certification a plus.
- Experience with field management platforms such as ServiceTitan or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse personalities, motivate teams, and drive a positive, people-first culture within a growing organization.
