Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager to join a local Life Science company. This role will consist of directing, coordinating, and executing IT-related projects while collaborating with internal business owners. Medical Device or Clinical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • The IT Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating project resources and activities in the end-to-end execution and delivery of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, transition to Operations and close.
  • On a day-to-day basis, the Information Technology Project Manager will be hands-on with the Information Technology teams, Validation teams, Clinical Operations team, and other Business Owners to ensure successful project execution.
  • This individual will centrally manage multiple IT projects and apply project management principles to project activities to meet project deliverables and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Position will develop and manage the execution of high quality, cross-functional and integrated project plans.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3+ year in Information Technology project management
    • 2+ years working with internal business owners
    • Specific experience in the Life Science/Pharma/Medical Devices industries is required
    • In depth knowledge of Software Lifecycle Methodology and Agile Methodology
    • Demonstrated competency in project management and simultaneous execution of multiple projects
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
    • Experience managing software development projects using agile methodology
    • Experience working on COTS validation projects and regulatory requirements including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP5 (plus)
    • Working knowledge of software development life cycle, change control, computerized systems validation and related tasks and deliverables.
    • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
    • Ability to independently function in a fast-paced, changing environment with deadline and resource constraints
    • Ability to coordinate across disciplines and integrate all aspects of business as they impact complex development projects including negotiation of scope, roles and responsibilities, specifications, timelines, and resources
    • Ability to work with dispersed and global teams
    • Strong documentation management skills
