
IT Project Manager
Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a company in the healthcare technology space that is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives related to a recent acquisition. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical IT deployment projects that directly support the integration of systems, people, and processes in a regulated environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience working in regulated industries, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technical initiatives. This position will focus on computer and systems deployment efforts while also supporting broader infrastructure and integration projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead computer and system deployment initiatives tied to acquisition integration, coordinating activities across IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee project lifecycle activities including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and risks, providing reporting and updates to leadership.
- Serve as liaison between IT and business functions to translate needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements.
- Facilitate team meetings, requirements workshops, and project reviews to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Ensure project deliverables are transitioned effectively into operations for ongoing support and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with IT project management experience; Master’s degree considered.
- Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure or system deployment projects in a regulated environment (healthcare, pharma, biotech, or medical device).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive consensus and lead meetings effectively.
- PMP certification or equivalent training preferred.
