Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Inside Sales Representative to join a national logistics group in the Wake Forest area. The ideal candidate will be one that is eager to build relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Book carriers to cover loads for clients
- Manage all negotiation of rates to provide maximum profit
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow up to all clients
- Solicit new carriers to work with team
- Communicate all information to carrier for each load
- Input all information into system and follow up with client as needed
- Report any discrepancies or issues with customer service team
- Meet goals set by management regarding loads
- Cultivate relationships to ensure repeat business
- Ensure all times and logistics are covered with client regarding load needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MS Office background
- Service industry, retail, sales, or similar experience desired
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skill set both written and verbal
- Deadline driven
