Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading commercial printing company in search of a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits and a day shift schedule, with hours varying as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for printing production equipment, facility systems, and building upkeep
- Lead and develop maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance
- Partner with production leadership to maximize machine uptime and support operational goals
- Promote and enforce workplace safety, EHS initiatives, and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate equipment repairs, facility projects, contractors, and vendor relationships
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction
- Assist with budgeting, inventory/parts management, and capital planning
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
- Printing industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced or 24/7 production environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
