Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Industrial Electrician to join our client in the Rockingham, NC area. This position will work at 2 separate worksites separated by about 20 miles. The role works a modified 12 hour Dupont schedule and must be flexible for unscheduled overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Assures operational efficiency, unit reliability and compliance with safety and environmental regulations, standards, and policies.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair of all plant equipment to include instrumentation, control systems, mechanical systems and equipment, and electrical equipment ranging from 24vdc to 13.8kv.
- Work closely with management and colleagues to assure 24/7/365 up-time of all electrical, mechanical and technical equipment and systems.
- Assures operational efficiency, unit reliability and compliance with safety and environmental regulations, standards, and policies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Technical School, or related field experience preferred.
- 5 + years related experience working in a power plant or industrial environment preferred.
- Full knowledge and proficiency in the operations and maintenance of an industrial environment.
