Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturing company in the Durham area who is looking for an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. This is a Direct Hire opportunity working 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Supervisor will schedule electrical maintenance PMs and work orders coordinating with the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and Production Managers
- Maintenance Supervisor will train technicians on maintenance strategies and the CMMS
- Maintenance Supervisor will be hands on, assisting in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
- Maintenance Supervisor will assist in capital investments, implementing new maintenance strategies for new machinery
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 7+ years Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must have a 2 year technical degree in electronics or a related field
- Candidates must have an electrical license or be able to obtain one
- Candidates must have PLC, AC Drive, and HMI experience; Must be able to program PLCs
