Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, automation systems, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Support PLC programming and diagnostics
• Participate in on-call rotation, providing support for after-hours maintenance needs.
• Maintain documentation of equipment modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• 2-year degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology (or equivalent training/experience).
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting electrical and automation systems.
• Knowledge of PLC systems; Siemens TIA Portal experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation (one week every four weeks).
