Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Representative to join a prominent financial organization located in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a call center environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Input information from interactions into management system for tracking
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and/or chat sessions
  • Look up product information to provide answers and recommendations
  • Explain products in a clear and professional manner.
  • Obtain and examine all information to assess validity of complaints
  • Quickly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions
  • Consistently use sale approach and techniques based on product.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department.
  • Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience working in a call center
