In-Process Quality Technician
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company who is hiring for an In-Process Quality Technician. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term potential, working onsite in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience providing on-floor QA oversight within pharmaceutical manufacturing and is comfortable working directly in production areas to ensure compliance and quality standards are met in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-floor QA oversight across formulation, filling, sterilization, packaging, and warehouse operations
- Monitor compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during manufacturing activities
- Perform line clearances, batch record review, and real-time documentation verification
- Respond to deviations and quality events, including initial impact assessment, product containment, and escalation
- Support investigations (minor deviations, Phase II investigations) and CAPA activities
- Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, QA, and operations teams
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
• 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QA, or aseptic operations
• Hands-on experience providing QA oversight on the manufacturing floor
• Experience with line clearances, batch record review, and GMP documentation
• Familiarity with deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA
• Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, etc.)
