Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a dynamic CSR to assist with claims with an insurance company in Cary, NC. This is a temporary opportunity lasting about 2 months. All shifts available!
Responsibilities:
- Take phone calls from customers regarding home damage and input claims into database system
- Work with outside adjusters to jumpstart claim
- Manage follow up with customers and input additional information as needed
- Verify accounts and look up customer information
- Assist with tracking information
- Understand customer needs and identify resolutions
Requirements:
- Background in claims, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior data entry and organizational skills
